Driven by Dance is a workshop allowing participants to expand their experience with movement practice by using both body and mind. An interdisciplinary approach, this class by Mariah Lopez is inspired by multiple pioneers of western modern dance, improvisation, and somatics, offering participance the art of movement in a unique way. Driven by Dance is for all levels of movers.
